Gurdwara Sri Naulakha Sahib
Sri Guru Tegh Bahadur ji during his missionary travels, came to this place.
At that point of time Lakhi Shah Banjara was also staying in this village. He had vowed to make an offering of Nine Takas to Guruji if he found his lost bull.
After sometime he found his bull in the forest and was very happy.
As per his promise, he offered Nine Takas to Guruji.
When Guruji gave those Takas to the congregation even without touching them, Lakhi Shah Banjara felt that Guruji was perhaps not happy because the Takas were not sufficient.
So he said, 'At present, i have only that much of Takas, i shall give more afterwards.'
The Guruji said, 'No my beloved, even your nine Takas are equivalent to nine lakhs.'
Since then the village came to be called Naulakha.
This Gurdwara is situated at a distance of 10kms from Sirhind on the Sirhind Patiala Road.
